Returns:

You have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to return the product for a full refund less shipping and insurance if any. Product returned should be in same condition as shipped and unopened. Any shipping cost associated with returning the product will solely be the customer’s responsibility. It is customer’s responsibility to ensure the the return item is packed properly. Any lost package or damage to the product during transit to us is customer’s sole responsibility. If retuning product after 14 days but before 30 days there will a 25% restocking fee. No returns for refund are accepted after 30 days.

Warranty:

Deluxe Computer Corp warrants to the original end customer that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below.

Deluxe Computer Corp will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement parts will be provided by Deluxe Computer Corp on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished depending on availability. All refurbished products will be thoroughly tested by industry standards to ensure that they are functionally equivalent to new products. We will do our best to replace with original part # purchased. Replacement parts will be similar or better. In rare cases If Deluxe Computer Corp is unable to repair or replace the product, we will refund or credit the lesser of either the current value of the product at the time the warranty claim is made or the purchase price. Proof of purchase must be provided showing the original date and the product description, part number and price. Returns will not be accepted without proper RMA authorization. Return shipping cost is paid by customer. All returns must be received by us within 10 business days after a RMA number has been issued. It is customer’s responsibility to ensure that the return item is packed properly. We are not responsible to any damage to the product or lost shipment during transit to us. This limited warranty does not cover any damage to the product that results from improper installation, any alterations, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and cracks, any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification. This limited warranty shall not apply if the product was not used for its intended purpose or was not used in accordance with manufacturer instructions. This limited warranty also does not apply to any product on which the original information has been altered, obliterated or removed or if the product has not been handled or packaged correctly.

This limited warranty covers only repair, replacement, refund or credit for defective Deluxe Computer Corp products, as provided above. Deluxe Computer Corp is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any damages or losses of any kind whatsoever resulting from loss of, damage to, or corruption of, content or data or any costs associated with determining the source of system problems or removing, servicing or installing Deluxe Computer Corp products. In the event of a claim, Deluxe Computer Corp's sole and maximum obligation shall be to repair or replace the hardware or issue a refund in Deluxe Computer Corp’s sole discretion.
